Personal data processing policy – Art. 13 – EU Regulation 679/2016


The aforementioned provisions regulate the confidentiality of personal data and require that processors of information referring to other subjects fulfil a number of obligations. These include the obligation to inform in an adequate manner the natural person to whom the personal data refer (the Data subject) about the use of their data, in order to allow them to agree expressly and unmistakably to their processing.


ANTEPRIMA S.r.l. protects the privacy of the visitors of by employing measures particularly suitable for protecting their personal data in compliance with legal requirements.

This policy refers exclusively to the website, and not to other websites that may be accessed through links.


Processing shall be lawful if at least one of the following applies:

  1. the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes;
  2. processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
  3. processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject;
  4. processing is necessary in order to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person;
  5. processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller;
  6. processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.

  • Purpose of processing


Processing shall be confined to personal data voluntarily submitted by the user and needed by the Controller to provide an adequate answer or carry out an assignment. The data shall be retained only as long as necessary, and then it shall be destroyed or anonymised.



  • Methods of processing


Your personal data shall be processed in electronic and paper form by authorised, constantly identified and duly trained personnel instructed to operate in compliance with the requirements of the applicable regulations, and with the aid of suitable safety measures to ensure the confidentiality of the data subject to whom the data refer, as well as to prevent third parties or unauthorised personnel from accessing them.



  • Period for which the personal data will be stored


Personal data shall be stored only as long as this is strictly necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, including discharge of obligations laid down by law and tax regulations, collection/payment operations, management of service/product warranties and other rights. Personal data shall be erased as soon as they cease to serve the purpose for which they were collected, as long as there are no legal grounds for storing them.

Personal data shall also be erased should the data subject withdraw their specific consent.

The data storage period may also depend on tax regulations and other national or European laws. Some data are useful for the entire duration of the relationship with the Data Subject, and sometimes cannot be cancelled, for it may not be clear whether the relationship has been terminated or simply suspended.

They will however be erased after a reasonably long period of time, for they could turn out to be outdated in case the relationship with the Data Subject is resumed.



  • Rights of the Data Subject


We hereby inform the Data Subject that they may:


  • request that the Controller grant them access to their personal data (Art. 15 of EU Regulation 679/2016) and to the following information:


  • request that the Controller complete their data in case any data are changed (Art. 16 of EU Regulation 679/2016)
  • request that the Controller rectify their data (Art. 16 of EU Regulation 679/2016)  


  • request that the Controller erase their data, or exercise their right to be forgotten, as appropriate (Art. 17 of EU Regulation 679/2016)
  • request the restriction of processing, for instance because some data are irrelevant to the required purposes (Art. 18 of EU Regulation 679/2016)
  • request data portability, which involves transferring the data to another controller without additional costs or expenses to be borne by the Data Subject (Art. 20 of EU Regulation 679/2016)
  • object to the processing on legitimate grounds (Art. 21 of EU Regulation 679/2016)
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal (Art. 7 par. 3 of EU Regulation 679/2016)
  • lodge a formal complaint with the supervisory authority (Garante Privacy) by following the instructions published on its official website (Art. 51 of EU Regulation 679/2016)




  • Transfer of data outside the premises of the Controller


Your data shall not be disclosed, nor transferred to third countries or international organisations.

Your data may be processed by in-house authorised/appointed personnel (employees, assistants) and/or external resources; you may request to view an updated list of the personnel who may access your data at the Controller’s registered office;


You may exercise your rights without limitations and free of charge.

You may exercise your rights at any time by sending:

Personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;

Processing” means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.
